well the turbo im using is a T3/T4 but I think im gonna go with something like a SC61. The manifold I have now is a Drag with a T3 flange and Im using a Tial 38mm wastegate. For fuel I've got a 255lph pump and I might use all steel braided lines. As far as the motor goes Im gonna use Wiseco 8.5 pistons with Eagle rods(but i might go crower) along with a LS crank and Im goin to have it all balanced.

With a 60-1, 500whp is possible.
Be prepared for a good amount of headwork to get teh VE of your engine up a lot. Prepare also, for a great amount of boost, and a large exhaust housing. I'd use another manifold too. Full 3" exhaust, no AC.
It is not so easy to make 500whp.

If you know how to do it or the right combo it can be done. My motor is right were it should be at the boost im running. One of the KEY things is the right turbo. I'm always looking to help you guys out if i can. From my experience the very biggest turbo you want would be an SC61. You must keep this in mind to achieve full boost that turbo really doesnt come to life untill 6,000rpm. I rev my motor to 9.000 grand. I also have the right gearing to use the power. I know you said you are going to balance the motor. That is were an LS is no good. The rod ratio is not meant for those RPM's. Plus you want 500whp. I have huge tires and cant even put 400whp to the ground. Dont build a dyno queen. Build something you can drive and use. Your car will be slower if you have no traction. I used to run an SC32 it supports 450hp. That turbo should make 375whp on pump gas @18lbs. It spools at about 3,500rpm. That is a much better strret turbo. If i was not building an all out race car i would have kept it. Alot of people are buying Sc61's and they will find out if the car is not set up right then it wont work like you think. My SC32 made 325whp@12lbs with a bone stock head and 9.0 compression. When i went 11.74 i was at 10lbs and 300whp. that turbo @18lbs will put you almost in the 10's if you can drive the car.
