Someone want to make $30 bucks....
Right now Im changing my timing belt and water pump on my 1991 integra. And for some reason ( and believe me, my mechanic and I tryed to get it off for an hour and a half today ) the crankshaft pulley bolt will not come loose. We've tried a 1/2 breaker bar and a 1/2 impact gun at 120 ft/lb of torque. So if any has a bigger compressor or 3/4 impact gun or knows a way to get that bolt of this is an oppurtunity to amek a quick 30 to take off one bolt. I live in the St pete area and would like this done asap. So let me knoe if you interested. Thanks

On some of the motors they put the bolts with reverse threads.....did you try going to other way?

does the car run?
If so go to a local tire kingdom or something like that and have them loosen the bolt and then tighten it back up but not so tight
Thats what i did and it worked fine

make sure someone holds the motor still by puting a wrench on one of the cam gears and holding it still. the impact gun will spin the motor ever so slightly when youre trying to get the bolt off and will make the gun a lot less effective. also spray the crank pulley bolt with some WD40 or some liquid wrench before u try to get it off. avoid using any extensions or reducers also and itll come off.
Heat the bolt up with a Propane Torch, then try again...
I also fill the cylinder with rope and that jams the engine up so you can loosen the bolt...
