All the rear trailing arms are dimensionally the same (differences are in mounting points for random brackets and other misc stuff like that) on the 88+ civics and 90+ integras (exception might be the ITR but I doubt it). So you would need to install the si rear hubs into the cx trailing arm. I personally feel it is easier to just swap the whole trailing arm though.
