Default C/r?

I have a d16y7 block. Im going to be purchasing a d16y8 head with some work done to it. im going turbo and the situation is Im not sure whether to buy d16y8 or Y7 pistons. Im going 9:1. Im just curious because I was looking at this site and the numbers are different for each piston. Kinda thinking that Im going to have some in between ratio after the y7 block and y8 head is mated. I know it depends on the head work, so Im hoping this is where jeff will chime in. As far as the piston size, im not sure if im going over sized or not. Any technical info that can help arrive at an answer would be greatly appreciated.

well the head that im going to use is yours. that was my main issue as to whether the y8/y7 pistons are interchangeable. I will use the vtec oil pump, thanks for the heads up on that.
