Default header pipe metal??

I know its not actually h/a tech but its for a project that will BOOST h/a vehicles to a new level.

does anyone know where to go to get elbows and straight pipe that can be used for an exhaust manifold, I need sizes from stock exhaust port to 40mm for wastegate to 3" for down pipe. thanks

I am welding a turbo manifold for a b16 and basically the wastegate dump tube and the down pipe, I don't mind stainless steel except that it expands too much when heated and I will need to brace the mani since the turbo setup I will be using will be to heavy for just the mani alone to hold.

the setup is a twin turbo, and no its not like any other setup you have seen, well ok maybe 1 or 2 have seen something similar, but with all the research I have done and a stack of import performance mags that would reach the jolly green giants nuts, I have not seen or heard of anything like it. I have tested the theory on a bench test using pressure gauges and compressed air and it all works out so now it is time to fab up the stuff I need. thats why I need to know where to go to get the simple bends and straight stock that home depot doesn't have, I will also need flat sheet for the flanges. thanks

I suggest you save the hassle and buy the flanges... 1/4" sheet is a BITCH to cut......

this is on a b16, well its getting fabbed on a b16 but when it is time to fire up an engine and run it on a car it will be whatever I can get my hands on that runs and has a d or b series motor.

for the flanges I would love to buy them but they are expensive as hell, if you know af a place for some decent quality flanges for a little price tag hook me up, otherwise it'll be me, the jigsaw, and a gallon of cutting oil

I will need 3 t3 exhaust mani flanges, 3 t3 5 bolt downpipe flanges, 5 38 or 40mm tial type wastegate flanges, and a b series exhaust mani flange, not all of these are used on the set up but I need a few extras just incase the welding doesn't go as planned
