gsr IM's aka crab shell is not a bad IM depending on your situation. If your going Nitrous then it can be pretty effective. They have a special nitrous kit for that mani. in any case it would not make sense and would not work to utilize a gsr IM on a b16 head. Depending on what your going for the b16 may work just fine for you. the b16 is not a slack ass mani. Thats what I used on my turbo sol, never felt the need to upgrade. I would'nt buy an aftermarket IM if you plan to just have a couple bolt ons.
