he is running the b16 ecu so it why would it be looking for the secondary butterflies? b16's don't have secondary buterflies so the ecu isn;t looking for it.
when vtec doesn;t work it's always one of three thing, oil pressure, vss, and coolant temp.

didnt you have a problem with your vss AND coolant temp. sensors before???? Coolant temp. sensor should be good on the new motor, but did you reuse your transmission or did you buy a complete swap????

Well I took it over to John today and he fixed it in in 2 minutes.......The Oil pressure wire to the VTEC solenoid was off and the only time it would engage is when the wire would ground out or somethin Im guessin.....oh well its fixed now so my car is runnin great........
