b16 vtec
my friend has a 88 crx hf with a b16a with lsd and a japan ecu my on the other hand is a 88 si with a b16a with no lsd adn my ecu is a stock si one that was converted to accomdate my b16 and i also have a delsol distrbutor is the lsd,weight,and ecu my problem he runs 13.5 and i run a 14.9.

that is true if both motors are BOTH stock like he said but one has vtec kick in at 4400 and his kicks in at 5000 guess hows is going to sound mo and feel like it is pulling more

However... B16's aren't that fast to begin with. lol.

I have a b16 bone stock but its a sir2 so if he doesn't know the year of the motor there could a lot of differences.
Also a thing to think about if 2 ppl bought swaps from 2 different distributors one could be just like it came from Honda and the other could have mods that the previous Japanese owner added. Also if your friends swap is out of a JDM car and yours is out of a del sol the vtec solenoid could be different the JDM ones are bigger.
