thats what i do at track days i know 2 othe rpeople that do it as well its alot easier takes 9.3 seconds to do it

You can use a small piece of wire. You can get small spade terminals that you can solder or crimp on the end of the wire to connect into the socket. You can also rig it with the bare end of the wire and secure it with electrical tape (I recommend the first one). 16-18 gauge wire is plenty (20 would probably be fine too) Look at the size wire going into the connection and match the size if you want. I'm assuming you are looking to jump the socket that connects to the mechanical sending unit near the thermostat. This will give you a keyed fan switch (hot when the key is on).
