What is the difference between the 98 & 99-00 besides the front end and the rear end?

 

none really besides the front and rear end, the 96-00 are pretty much identical.

shit even the Factory Honda Service Manual is good for 96-00 civics.

 

as far as the outside yes front and rear are diff along with taillights, but on the inside their is different interior color and the ac control are cable driven and 99-00 are electronic

different obd their is more just dont feel like righting
