Question piston blow by damage

I recently took my engine apart to replace my crank bearings when i took it apart i noticed that i had blow by damage to my pistons to me it dosent look that bad because the rings look like there still intact [no holes etc.] but it is chared down the side with some scrathes and marks now the reason im changing the crank bearings out is because i ran low on oil and they started nocking but the rod bearings look perfect so I guess what i want to no is. is it safe to put in the new bearings in and throw it back together or should i replace somthing to avoid tearing it back down again
