Default it's ALIVE!!

Got the motor running today

Thanks to...

Mark (marksaccord95) for the super discount on the swap and for helping with the install! This guy hooked me up at cost, drove down to Venice to help me work on this swap till 4-5am every night, and slept on my floor for 3 days!! Thanks Mark!!!

Phil (hnda4dr93) for helping with the motor install!

Darren for the late-night/last minute replacement coil!

Neal (cxcivic) for making me the wiring harness and helping with the trouble shooting! Harness is clean as hell! Looked OEM

Dan (of Suncoast Customs) for the super super deal on replacement parts!

And last but not least, Vicki (eilrig44) for the multiple trips to various auto-part stores, the constant flow of ice cold beverages and for your support!!

And without further a due, pictures...

dam love bugs...

more love bugs...DEAD love bugs..

super super tight clearance of the ALT pulley and a/c lines, chassis, headlight, and just about everything else under the hood..

my 1/16" gap between the valve cover and strut tower..

money shot

just your average 200hp EK...

Enjoy.. I know I will

lol, I had two... but when I was installing the brass fitting into the slave cylinder so I could run my high-pressure hose, the cast-iron slave cylinder broke. I know a guy that lives around here w/5-6 jdm rhd bb4 front clips sitting in his shop, I've purchased a lot of parts off him, I'll ask if he'll part with one and I'll get back to you.

it's quick, my prelude ran low 14's and this defiantly pulls harder that that ever did. From a roll isn't bad, you need to ease the throttle but from a dead stop.. forget it.. lol But than again, I have stock wheels/tires and stock suspension...

Mark took some in-process pictures of the swap, maybe he'll chime in and throw them up....
