VSS nightmare
Ok I am throwing a VSS code 17 my crx is converted to obd1 Neal did the wiring and we checked it and the signal is good. I replaced the cluster and the speedo cable it is new from Honda.
does anyone have any idea what else may be causeing this? I am trying to get it fixed by tomorrow.

Troubleshoot the system according to the Helms manual using a voltmeter. This will diagnose the issue for you.

ok there is only one wire which was already tested so I am wondering if it is mechanical. But I think the only things envolved in the process are the cluster wired to the ecu, the speedo cable and the part that is attached to the tranny whatever that is called.
