I've changed headgaskets in 45 mins by myself with hand tools, I can pull my motor by myself in about one hour. I normally like to take my time though just to make sure everything is correct, but I'm amazed how fast i can get a headgasket done, and I only charge 100 including materials, not too bad. -Ben

yesterday it took me 10min start to finish to change my front brakes myself using hand tools. (thats what got me thinking)

i have done a b-series to b-series swap in my old hatch in four hours by my self.

fasthatch2000 and myself pulled his old turbo motor in about 40min.

did a timming belt on my father in laws crx in about 15min.

put the blower in my car around three hours myself, using only hand tools.

i'm sure there's more thoes just stick out the most.

(PrimerCrx) and I..
did a complete d-series swap, whole d-series intake manifold swap, axle change, installed a complete direct port nitrous kit with its spreate fuel system and had the nitous tuned for saturday night. Starting around 1:00pm and finished before dark.

this might be slow or fast but it takes me about 4hours maybe less if I had help. D for D swap. Ive only done one Bseries into a crx. Took about 8hours. first time. This is all with no engine codes, timing check&adjust and whateever else. Runing in and out like new basically.
