Default p72 ecu question

when i take the car into vtec, exactly 10 seconds in vtec the check engine light comes on, rev limiter drops you know the whole nine yards. it is code 22 vtec oil pressure switch. the switch is not clogged, also checks out on the ohm meter perfect. But when i do the voltage check i get nothing. key all the way to the on position( car not running), plug unplugged from switch, red wire of vlot meter hooked to blue/black wire, black wire of volt meter hooked to chassis ground. nothing no fuck power. I even checked at the ecu, No power what so ever. Does This mean i have a bad ecu or what. btw the pressure switch is brand new. 95 hatch/95 gsr swap/95 gsr p72 ecu. And yes it is wired correctly before someone asks. _tom_

thanks but looking more toward programmed ie. hondata s100 or s200. But dont really know too much about the hondata ecus or pricing. I have intake, Header, Exhaust, and ctr intake/itr exhaust cams on the way, plus itr valve springs + retainers.
