the only thing to remeber is milling is permanent . buying a thinner head gasket may cost more but can be replaced. MTBER is right though it is cheeper.

True, keep in mind, Toda sells thicker headgasket to help you out if you mill the head over extreme. Using 2 OEM gasket works too, its been done before (from experence too)

BTW, the Spoon has some sticky layer coating over it, while the Mugen doesn't.

Don't forget, if you mill your head, it will retard your cam timing.

a thinner headgasket will do the same as u are changing the distance between the cams and crank, thus throwing the tooth alignment off as well as you cam timing

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

He ment using 2 OEM headgasket plys to make a 2 ply headgasket. You remove the brass rivets then remove the single ply and bam your done. I personally use coper spray to keep them together.

Cosmetic makes headgaskets for pretty much any application.
