well my dad found a D16Z7 for my 91 civic... guy wants $350
i'm not looking for a fast engine just something decent to get me by.. is this engine worth it? i'm not sure of the miles but i'm picking it up after work today and taking it to the shop my car is at..

if the $350 includes the tranny, head, intake and block it's sounds fair.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

yea.. my dad told me it was a 97 civic engine... found it out from a 96 civic dx after i picked it up on my lunchbreak... fuck this engine there is no way im swapping this hmaster in there... want my jdm zc..

its a d16y7... dont know how many miles on it either thats why i feel shady bout putting it in... my dad tried to 'surprise' me with this engine not knowing any specs on it except it was 1.6.
