The Jumper harness allows you to be able to USE the ecu in your vehicle.

What year is your car ?
What motor does it have in it ?
What ecu do you plan on using ?

You can eliminate the secondary O2 when you go OBD1

The obd1 integra ls ecu only reads one 02 sensor.
The conversion harness does NOTHING but allow you to use a obd1 computer in your obd2 vehicle.

obd2a to obd1 is the conversion harness you need to run your obd1 ls computer.

Get the conversion harness to make your car OBD1 ECU capable and run the 94 LS ecu, engine light goes off and you smile!!!

I have a conversion harness if interested $100.
