Default anyone own/work at a shop??

i just wanted to know if anyone owned/worked a mechanic shop or something relative, that would like to have some free help?..cause i myself pay people to do all my mechanic issues, and i would like to learn a little more than i know now. i'm not looking for a job, just looking to learn, dont care about discounts, benefits, nothing, just to have some fun and learn some things, ill do anything, learn anything you throw at me.
thanx.

good luck, nost shops like to work alone and hate people asking questions.....we however are building a B17 for a 92 GSR and are doing an H22 in an EG swap. If you'd like we might see about working something out.

The best practice you can get is on your own with your own tools on your own time etc..

Buy a helms manual and study it.
Check out the guides on c-speedracing.com
Buy tools craftsman or snap on get the job done.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
