Default My GSR won't work and don't know why...any ideas?

So the I start the integra up...have the clutch in..then try to put it into gear and it will not go. If I try to put it in reverse it just grinds...period. Won't go in. I turn the car off...put clutch down..it will go in gear..but when I restart the car with it in gear...it won't come Out of gear until I turn the car off again. The clutch is like sinking right to the ground...no resistance at all until the very last second and when it comes up it will get stuck at the halfway point every once in awhile. What could it be?

Ahh...I just looked up "how to bleed a clutch" Because I'm new/dumb to this stuff and trying to learn. And that sounds right. I just had my master cylinder changed. So it very well could be just air in hose.

Hey....how much should it normally cost to have the master/slave cylinder for the clutch replaced including parts/labor? Because the guy just told me it would cost $3-400. Does that sound right? Sounds WAY to Effing high to me.
