yes you can. hello, there is a jrsc kit for the type r (granted itr is only 11:1 or whatever), it runs 4.5 psi stock i believe, have seen the dynos from them, from doug/hondata, and as long as the timing isn't crazy, or if you have ems that can adjust timing based on rpm or on boost...
somewhere i still have a copy of that chart, with very conservative timing, this stock itr made 201@8750, and tq was about 140, but was 120+ from 3k to about 8750.

sadness . my n/a 2.0vtec makes more tq than a boosted 1.8 .dont buy a jrsc !!!!
