Car 94 LS teg

Recently like 2 days ago my ebrak light was fluttering a bit, i dont know y. Today sunday it was more consistant. as i accelerated in 1st and 2nd and a alittle 3rd it was on steady. The the ABS light went on and stayed on. I check my brake fluid, it was full, my cluctch fluid was low so i filled that up. I jump the jumper settings and i got the ABS code, which is 2 - 1 which is a faulty clutch switch. the brake fluid switch is good i checked that and i also check the ebrak switch that looks good too. I cleared the ecu and started the car the ABS light was gone. I redid the jumper to double check to see if i fixed it. and it was still there. the 2 -1 code. im clueless what to do next.

Next problem, i broke another lug not this time off the right rear tire so now both rear tires have 3 lugs. how much and where do i take my car to get this fixed
