you'd be way better off buyin a book that tells you everything, because there is a certain way to torque a head... you have to go in a certain order and tighten to one spec, repeat to a higher tension, and once more to the final torque spec..... i dont want to quote any numbers because im tired and i havent done it in a while so id probably mess up

Definatly read the FAQ.
You do the head in a criss-cross patter to remove and torque it down.
removal, start from the outsides, and work your way in.
torque down, start from inside and work your way out. Be sure you use two torque sequences. IE: tq to 30lbs then to 80. Or whatever you use.
