Brainiacs Only....
Well the fuel pump is not priming and I'm getting no spark at the distributor. I have replaced both, checked the fuses, and checked the timing belt. It is not the alternator in case you were going to suggest that as well. So, I guess I am left with either the relay or ECU.
I am at a loss. What do you all think could be the issue? If it is the relay or ecu, could someone let me borrow theirs to try as a solution? Then I'll be able to go out and get one sp my car will run. Thanks in advance for any advice/solutions given.

it is an EG hatch... i think you are right... relay or ECU... i have relays if you want to try them... if you find the one you need in my Bag-O-Relays you are more than welcome to it... just let me know when you want to pick it up... oh yeah... i also have a P28... it will at least start your car so you can see what the problem is...

I have a P06 which is the proper ecu if you wanna try it.....

check the starter signal fuse under the dash. Happens all the time.

MAIN RELAY it triggers everthing it clicks if its ok and not stuck the fuel pump will prime and when its done main relay will click.

Well I have located the main relay. Is there an easier way to get to it besides taking out the entire dash? My hand is small, but not small enough to fit into the area to touch it. If anyone has replaced the Main Relay in 92-95 hatch before, can you please inform me of the best way to get to it? Thanx.
