Take out a bolt on the lower side of the dash and two screws. Pull on the lower corner of the dash and you can reach it.

Yeah the first thing i did yesterday was take out the bolts and screws to get to it. It only lifts about a 1/2 inch out. I still cant get to it. It feels like there is something else holding it in place. I unplugged the plug in the middle of the dash below the radio area b/c I thought it was holding the dash down but it wasnt affecting it. So Im assuming I am either being to delicate in yanking this fucker out or else something else needs to be removed.

LOL, well yeah i know, I was just referring to some of the other auto places (like Pep Boys, Discount Auto) that might carry a Honda Main Relay but unfortunately dont. Although I really did want to try out a Subaru main relay for size j/k

Jason- all the fuses are fine.

The main relay has been replaced and the car is still not turning on. I guess it's time for a new ecu now.

Well today I took out my ecu. It seems to have caught on fire. There is a large burn mark on the front and back by the piece that looks like a battery on it. So, besides a new ecu, I get to go through and check all the wiring to find where it has shorted out. YAY! Also, now that I got to look up in that area of the car, it seems that the previous owner has messed with the wiring. It's all taped up and sloppy looking. PLus it was missing bolts. *sigh* You gotta love surprises. But at least now I know where the issues with the car are. If anyone has advise on checking the harnesses and wiring please feel free to add input.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
