oh god...please dont let his go into an ls/vtec debate...
but anyways, you guys who support the knock sensor(p30,p72)
did you know that the factory ecu only uses it under 5k rpm? anything over that an there is to much noise and vibration.
its at low to midrange rpm where the engine has the most load anyways
about the sencondaries, dont even bother with them, get a skunk mani, or somthing along the same lines
and if you really want a knock sensor, get a j&s safe guard.

dont take it so personal man... i dont like them... YES i have owned, driven, seen them built right, know how to build one correctly and WOULDNT build one... i dont like the idea of the motors... i dont like the R/S of them... i dont like that they dont have oil squirters or oil passages like the GSR... i am just a big fan of the GSR... if you dont like my opinion then PLEASE feel free to post yours... but YES i HAVE seen some NICE LS/Vtec motors that drove to a good amount of miles and were fast as all hell... i just dont personally like them...

so you will take an LS/Vtec that is bored over .25, higher compression, P&P head, has a FPR, 70MM throttle body, skunk cams, skunk cam gears, and a skunk ITM... DAMN man that is bad ass!!! and i can beat the shit (fighting) out of most all 3yr olds too!!!
man you have one bad ass motor, it enables you to pick on similar but STOCK cars... WOW!!!-Keith

Whoa, you were saying all this bullshit that might make the engine reliable, i was merely pointing out that a GSR is stock. I wasn't saying a stock GSR could beat you, but if you are the one who built it i wouldn't doubt it.
