Default Idle problems

ok, for no apparent reason, my idle just started messin up. I have a 95 hatch with a b16 and for some reason my idle now jumps from 1000-1500rpms continuously. before it would stay at a constant 750-800rpms. What might the problem be? how can i fix it?

It's most likely the Idle Air Control Valve, the Throttle Postition Sensor, the PCV Valve, or just a vacuum leak.

try cleaning out the screen on the Idle control valve with carb cleaner
you will need to remove it to do this....
