Its 100% you are correct, part#13011-PR3-003.

All B-series are the same as today, it had different part# few years back, but all part# superceded to one. Honda has numerous of manufactors throughout its facility in Japan, but to cut down cost, Honda decided to used 1 piston ring only, plus, from my understanding, its the same material and workmanship.
I.E. Valve seals, NOK and Arial, same part, different part number and price.

Now rod bearings, thats a different story.

What is the deal on Rod bearings? I've heard the Ls's are pretty shitty but the b16a and b17a ones don't have the main oil port like the ls ones. I've thought of trying them anyways but that is a rather expensive experiment. I'm guessing the port on the ls bearings is for the somewhat built in oil squirters on the rods themselves.

I just wanted to thank all of you for your input. I wasn't sure if spending the extra 60 bucks would be worth it to me or not. I can use the money toward other stuff now that I know this. I didn't realize at first how much goes into buying the parts til now. Thanks again everyone.
