I'd take it by a shop and pay a mechanic $10 or so to shoot it off with a good air gun and then put it back on without tightening it too much then you can drive it home and hopefully break it back off at your house. I've done alot of timing belts and have never had to use a pulley holder, a big air gun is King.

talk to the guy at pep boys n he was an idiot. told me if it takes 250 to take it off then it needs 250 to put it on. WRONG! it takes a hell of alot more to break a bolt off that's been in for 4 yrs than it does to put it in. and it only needs to be tightened to 180.

tried an impact at 125 n nothing.. supposedly it takes between 250 and 500 to remove it since it's been put in at 180, sitting in there for 4 yrs, and has thread lock on it.

We put it all back together. I'm gonna bring it to a shop next weekend to get it broke. Then i''ll just hand tighten it bring it home then hand tighten it to put it back on with some Thread lock.

But now since we did all this, my posersteering pump is screaming. Thought maybe air but we've tried everything n the air won't purge. Damn thing has overfload with bubbles n everything.
