4400 is stock for a gsr and that is also where the mugeb pr3 program puts it. Not saying that is very good but on stock b16a1 cams it isn' that bad. A code 73 on a pr3 ecu would tend to lead me to believe the ecu is fucking up since that code does not exist in obd0. The same thing happened to me a long time ago when a chipped pr3 started to go bad. Try a stock ecu or just a different one.

I pulled out my plugs since it was saying I had a misfire and I think on obd1 73 is a misfire, not sure what cylinder but I pulled them all and find out that the plugs are hot also cylinder one(one closest to the timing belt side) has a oil on it. All other 3's where just hot which is cause the heat range on the cheap plugs that I had no idea would make that much of a differnce.
I will go buy some NGK's today and find out if thats my problem. Are there certin kinds of NGK plugs to buy like standard and platnuim kind, or I think they have a split one.
The motor only has like 40K-50K I doubt its the rings, vavle guides. or seals.
