valve latch settings for B18b

i need these valve latch settings so a friend of mine can do a valve adjustment

I highly recommend you guys get a manual

If you mean valve clearance, the settings are:
Intake
.08 - .12 mm
.003 - .005

Exhaust:
.16 - .20 mm
.006 - .008

thanks i got it now we didnt end up doing it because i still need to get a valve cover gasket

we had a manual but believe it or not it didnt have settings
