Default please help on turbo questions

ok i have a couple questions on putting a turbo on a 89 hatch with an ls
how much boost is safe to run on stock internals?
should i get a fuel pressure regulater or a fmu or does it matter?
can i fit a garett t3 with a tubular manifold or is the room to small?

thanks please answer any questions if you know thanks

depends....i could give you an estimate, but it may be wayyyyyy off. 8-10psi and you could expect about 220-230whp. don't waste your money on a T3/T04E if you're only gonna spool 4-6psi. my suggestion is that you get that turbo though and run at least 8psi, otherwise it's just not worth all the labor.

12lbs on High Boost. That would be nice, and pretty safe.

Um, because it would be faster than 10, and relatively safe with good tuning. They've boosted them up to 15lbs before.
