12lbs is good for that turbo i have a 92 hatch with a h22 and a t72 so i run alittle higher like vito said 12 to 10 is fine

 

but i'm being realistic.....i highly doubt he would spend all the money to have it properly tuned, soi was trying to keep it safe for the sake of his wallet. but if he can do it, and do it right, it would be a sick setup.

 

Well if those are your thoughts you should tell him to buy a Geo Metro and give up on going fast.

no metro for me ill make a compromise ill run 10psi and when i get it tuned ill run 12psi thanks
