Ok I had a feeling after my first problem I would begin to encounter more. Well here they come. I changed my CAI that went right near the batter 94 PRelude Si h22 To one that goes near the bumper. Well, I am now having that idle up an down problem. I check the coolant it is fine, I check the vac lines they all seen to be fine. What is that now? I look to see if the TPS was hooked up an it is. Now my 2ND problem is that my speedomoter is saying I am going 15mph when I am at a complete stop. Im like WTF, how can I fix that? Thanks

 

Up & down idle is caused by idle air control located on your intake manifold (rear). Or fast idle thermo valve located on the bottom of your throttle body.

Speedo problems can be cause by bad speed sensor, bas speed sensor connection & about 100 other things, I recommend reviewing a manual for this situation.
