nothing its coming straight from the ignition

 

And for some reason its leaking fuel from right above the starter

In the right of the pic you have wires hanging down too. The one wire looks like it is yellow and red. If so, that is your ignition wire.

I think the plain yellow wiring is former alarm wires as well. I have that same yellow wiring in my car.

 

those wires to the right belong to the radio thats not hooked up

 

well that yellow and red wire still leads over to the ignition so you can check to see if it is still intact. Other than the blown fuse (which is what it still sounds like to me) I really don't know what else to tell ya. I think it's a situation where we need to be there.

 

Definitely a "need to be there" situation hence my silence.
