Hey guys
I have been debating about what i should do with my car and i came up with a few things. Audio stuff, new suspension and a turbo. My question is, i got a 94 ls non vtec teg and i pretty much want a straight bolt up kit, one that i could do my self with no major problems. im thinking running a few psi on a stock motor until i get enough mney agian to buy new internals. my motor has like 100k miles on it would anyone recomend adding boost to this, secondly what kinda problem can i expect to face while running a boost setup and 3rd what parts can i by now that i would use during my turbo setup.
1. Boost it, no question.
2. There are many problems, ie blowing the engine up, blowing the turbo, and killing yourself because your car is fast.
3. You can buy whatever you have the money for now, Hondata, a turbo, a manifold, injectors, it all boils down to how much money you have,

A SEARCH will provide alot more information for ya.
Also, (just to help you out a lil')
-I would not recommend boosting a honda motor with over 100,000 miles. (that motor is gettin dam old!)
-problems? quite possibly alot.
-parts to buy and apply prior to completed setup...in my opinion, none. If done right, it is a process of collecting everything you need. Example, you shouldn't lower your compression (with new pistons and rods) on a n/a motor. And are you going to put an intercooler on without anything else? no. Buy all the parts and then expect to not have a car through the duration of the complete upgrade. Be it a day or weeks. It all depends on if you know what you are doing through the application. This is an upgrade to vehicles that takes all of the owners time-present and future.
-Definately add full suspension (I recommend doing this 1st. I believe in bottoms - up)
Let us know what your final decision is with you car
