I have wrapped my WHOLE 4-2-1 Header, took me 3 and a half hours to do so... Like Ken-E said, I bought it at Gearhead for 49 dollars for a 50ft roll... and I used all of it. I wrapped the Entire header to the point of the bottom hanger.

I'd say wrap your header, and CAI, wrap the intake as far down as possible.

 

STill havent picked up the thermal wrap................but when i do. Your advise will come in handy. Thanx man............

 

I'd advise you not to do it. First of your car doesn't have enough done that it will effect anything. Second off, you wrap your header, then it gets wet, then your header and exhaust rust and before you know it you need to replace it all. Suggestion would be wrap the intake and wrap the exhaust by the oil pan only (so you dont cook your oil) But it's totally up to you, and it is sold in boxes/wraps of 50 foot. LMK if you need some, I can get a better price for you. Just my opinion.
