OK if anyone who reads this knows me you know im a certified honda tech. OK heres the deal ! Brakes... STAY ON all the time like i push them and it gets harder and harder. Ok heres the weird thing i replaced EVERYTHING.. Master Cylinder, POwer Booster, Both Calipers, All rubber lines. Only thing i can think of is the proportioining valve. Any ideas here guys ?

try the proportioning valve, if not that then have someone look at your ECU to see if you are throwing any codes.
