Default Oxygen content problem?

Occassionally my strong running motor throws an O2 content code. I have a bone stock SIRII (JDM B16A).
-The condition always happens under heavy to full load.
-it ususally only happens up hills, on a full tank, or when the ac is on.
-last time I looked, my plugs where near the leaner side, but showed no sign of detonation.
-It seems to happen more when I run my cold air intake.
-Timing ignition/cam are both stock.

Any suggestions on what to check are greatly appreciated.
I have not had a whole lot of time to sit there and try to diagnose what the possible issues could be.

Thanks in advance.
-Neil

The tennis sounds good Steve, but I like my codes. One day they might save me from a major engine issue.

I throw code "1," which is O2 content, if I remember correctly. I have now had a chance to check my plugs, they look great, actually they are a little black on the bottom of the porcelin(sp). I have never been quite positive of what a perfect example of a plug looks like. If I remeber correctly, it should have a little brownish-grey look. Am I right?

If you are throwing code one (Oxygen Sensor)
Get a voltmeter & a haynes or helms manual & test you're oxygen sensor

If it is bad replace it & go from there.
