i feel your pain. though i don't know why a clutch would change anything, but i am still learning.

my b16a swap is stuttering in a closed loop. we've tried everything from fuel delivery to distributer to ecu to wires to water temp sensor to o2 sensors to dayum near everything. my mechanic is frustrated from hell. they are calling place racing again today to go over everything once again.

i know a guy in Orlando with a B16a with the same problem, he just gave up after trying everything as well.

if i hear of anything i'll let you know.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

It can also be a dying fuel pump...Fuel pumps don't just stop working, they reduce their flow slowly until they don't flow anymore...

not right now, have to break in the engine and clutch first, but i will have an fmu and the goodies that come with the Vortech.

hmmm...they also checked my fuel lines, injectors and fuel rail for blockages.

well i narrowed down the problem.. fuel pressure is now at 55psi but only 2 cylinders is getting good mixture ( dark tan deposits).. the other 2 is lean ( really white tips).. i suspect dirty injectors. will update after its clean.. still dont understand how brand new injectors get dirty after 10 months of use =o(
