You can reuse the head bolts one time maybe twice. If the bolts are exceptionally difficult to break loose then you might want to replace them. I try to replace them everytime but at about $80 for a set it is kinda pricey if you plan to take the head off again in the future then ARP head studs might be a good choice for you since they are reuseable. If you do reuse a stock head bolt go back and retorque them after 1000 miles or so.
