Aftermarket Cast Iron blocks?

You won't lose that much just a sleeved block casing, piston rings and some seals. The rest would be fine. I don't think a dart block will have any problems with the sleeves just like stock honda blocks don't have problems with sleeves dropping.

Cast iron is much much stronger than aluminum inch for inch, that is the benefit.

You don't want iron. It cause your motors to be alot hotter. We are lucky domestics love aluminum blocks thats why that pay so much money for merlin motors. They disapate heat alot faster. Less heat Less detintion.
