Default wiring problems

ok was wiring the obd1 d16 wiring harness on the 98 ls motor...confused...i know the 2 vtec plugs won't work on the LS and arent plugged in but there are 2 other plugs that arent plugged in and don't have anywhere to go...theres the sensor on the intake manifold but neither plug will plug into it also the throttle body on my d series and i have a obd1 ls throttle body have this little vacuum line that some out of it and connect to the canister. the obd2 LS throttle body doesn't have this..so i have that vacuum line deal with also

I believe that sensor on the intake manifold is for emissions and is an OBD2 sensor...Don't worry about that vacuum hose...Check it out only after you get it started...

the sensor on the last pick on the back of the d16 manifold is the same as the sensor on the top of the ls manifold. Plug style may be different but the same sensor. Wire it in if you want or just don't worry about it.

The vacuum line that is missing on the throttle body: run it and tee it into another vacuum source on the back of the manifold or again don't worry about it.

Both of those things are strictly for emissions and do not effect performance one way or another.
