I got a "race cat"... all it looks like to me is a resonator... not even that... Instead of a stock cat that has all these little baffels and little plates that "convert" the exahust to... whatever... mine is strait through with a honeycomb lining on the inner wall of the inside of the cat... thats all, basically stright through... and it dont sound bad or loud at all, thanks to my stock muffler pack that has been welded on my axel-back portion of my exahust.

well yea it does have a muffler(dynomax) but I was just saying it sounds nice and quiet when you have a cat on. I mean if thats what you going for. Sounds just like a stock 00 si. I dont know though how much horse you lose with a cat but I couldnt feel any lose is HP.
