Default V-AFC causing code 22

I just had my V-AFC tuned and I'm getting a code 22 when ever I hold the car in vtec or on the high cam and allow the rpms to drop back down to the low cam without shifting. For example I'm in 3rd vtec is set for 4700 lo to hi switch over and 4600 hi to lo switch over I take the car to 5000 rpm and let off the gas, rpms start to fall, once the rpms are below 4600 the cel light comes on again. code 22 is for bad vtec oil pressure switch but the car does not do this when the vtec setting is left at the stock xover point. Any help greatly appreciated.
Peace.

probably a bad connection on the blue wire from vafc to the ecu.

I third the wiring connections. Mine was on the shoddy side when I bought the car and I never got any TPS percentage readings until I redid the wiring.

you probably lost the wire coming form the ecu to the vafc, but still have the one coming from it, maybe , that is probably why your vtec still works

Thanks a lot. All really good stuff but I did check the wiring but I may consider sodering them. I was thinking since everything seems to work but that, that I was good to go. Still wierd how it only does it when the changed from the factory setting. I mean it still takes a reading regaurdless right?
