clutch squeaking!
as hard as pulling out a tranny and replacing the throwout bearing
it all depends on if you have the right tools.
if you doing it in the garage with jack stands and engine hoist it will take a good full day.. with some friends..and some beer breaks.
requires technical skill and knowledge
on a scale of 1-10 i say 8-9

4-5 hour job. Skill level of 6. Very simple project just time consuming.
What makes you think it's your TO bearing? Could very well be your mainshaft bearing.
The TO bearing comes in a clutch kit, so you might as well just get an upgraded clutch if your going to go through all that.

never replaced a mainshaft bearing. It's inside the tranny, part is about 60-80 bucks. Labor if you remove your tranny should be around 100? Maybe... not sure.
It shouldn't be hard with a Helms manual and some spare time.
Give this a skill level of 7.5 WITH the book, and 11-15 without.
Prolly take 7-9 hours.
