Just woundering but why would you want to use GSR internals on an lsvtec when you would have to take a perfectly good gsr block's internals out & stick them into an ls block ?
(Sell the gsr short block )

Honestly it doesnt make sence to me.
IMO, I would rather build a fresh/mint block with new oil/water pumps & bearings. Stock ls crank & rods, Arp rod bolts & some ITR or p30 pistons

It's not something that is very practical, true. All I'm saying is that it works. All I'll say is that in a high RPM race motor it isn't a bad idea to be spinning a type R crank
