okay, K-series will eat alittle oil on break-in, its normal (do a search on clubrsx if you dont believe me) ....as did mine, but i switched to synthetic 5w-30 after my first oil change and still ate alittle oil, but now is totally fine and i am maaaaaybe a quart off on my recent ones (every 5-8k miles)

Or do you didnt listen to my advice on how to break it in. I did proper break-in on mine and havent had any power problems and i seem to beat every other stock and modded RSX i come across. So dont jump to conclusions yet. Wait a bit and if it starts burning MORE oil then say somthing to honda

and on the topic of i-VTEC....its really no different form the original VTEC but its mostly utilized for better gas mileage and usuable torque when at a constant speed and high gear (ie, better gas mileage and drivability at 60mph in 4th or 6th gear)

when you start ragging on the car, it totally forgets about all that shit and just runs "normal" high output
