Check engine light codes
Hey i have a 2000 PRelude....and all my friends have Civics....They know how to get the codes out of their cars....
IF anybody knows how to pop the codes on preludes would be greatly appericated....PM me ASAP

Just jump the service connector from the kick panel and you check engine light will flash the code.

its not behind the kick panel on a prelude, it is by the middle console...on the passenger side of the "hump" where the shifter is, towards the firewall there is a carpeted panel that pops out that is where the datalink connector is as well as a 2pin plug...jump the 2p plug with a piece of wires and put the key in the on position and there you go....
