Okay i have a 2k accord that i've been driving for a year now, it's been sweet to me, but today heading on 275, all of my warning indicators came on, except for engine, i know have srs, battery, all doors, brakes, trunk all on! then when i turned off my accord, i started it back up the belts start whining and whisting and it's been doing that all night,a nd the lights wont turn off! ive unpluged the battery done everything i could, and now i left it alone, it's a 2k accord v6, has anyone has this problem??? or know a solution besides having honda charge me a billion dollars?

 

One thing you may want to check is that the ECU harness is pugged in firmly.. May not be seated correctly...

Unplug the Neg terminal on your Batt... Then unplug your ECU for 30 sec minimum.. Plug it back in and hook you Batt back up, then start the car and see what happens.

Get back to me if this does not help.

i would check all grounds, chassis, and body, and especially ecu, and battery

hey guys thanks for the help! got it straigtened out, ken was right it was damn alternator, it was fucked. and it fucked the srs up too, dammit, i just spent 400 bucks getting everything fixed at honda, but at least it's warrantied now. thanks for for the help tr!

 

$400 for an alternator.. Holy Crap..

 

lol ya, rediculous huh??? but that was with all the labor and stuff they had to fix also, it led to a bunch of stuipd problems with my car, but oh well it runs smooth again.
